Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the Xtool device with all original cables, adapters, and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the hardware to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
